LinkedIn algorithm has changed in a big way, and organic reach of company pages is nearly non-existent now. It works much better when sharing only important updates and employees publish company news on their behalf more frequently as the content has much higher reach then.

I check daily Twitter and news to see what's trending and what type of content people engage with. I also often subscribe to lots of newsletters and keep an eye on competitors for some more inspiration too.

I use the Link Prospecting tool in Marketing Miner, where I just upload a list of keywords I want to target, and then it creates a prospect list for me with top search results for all my keywords. Pretty useful tool for all beginners!

It really depends on what content do you offer in ads and what audience you are after. For some clients, we found LinkedIn ads effective but for some we did not. I like their recent ad option to create conversation ads to engage with the prospect a bit more and build new relationships. There is much higher CTR for this type of ads too!

I work in a fully remote environment and yes, it can get lonely at times. But we organize 5-day long trips every 3 months to bring the team together and catch up properly. We also have regular team calls to make sure nobody feels left out. I can imagine this doesn't work for everyone, but it definitely works for our start-up.
