I will say LinkedIn! Or try to join a few FB groups such as The social media geekout, social media pulse community etc.

Have you tried using Upwork or any other freelacing sites Johan ? There are lot of great talent there. Its takes a while as you have to find someone suitable but its a good place to get started.
