Congrats on the Launch. This idea of taking the tedium out of our daily tasks is a really interesting and can do wonders for optimizing our typical workflow. As a Customer Success Manager, I love using ProdPad to collect, process and manage feedback from customers. It also makes it super easy to share our roadmap with customers so we can be really transparent about what problems we're trying to solve Now, Next and Later. It's very easy to use and I really value the transparency it enables. I can keep people in the loop about what's coming up, and what we're doing with their feedback, which is awesome.
