Productboard is easy to use and makes grouping and gathering customer feedback in on place an awesome experience. However, the tool is super expensive and the subscription model is kind of wierd. Currently, we aren't sure we get enough value out of the product to pay this amount of money
Productboard lets me look at multiple sprints and important insights connected to each story at a glance. Overall very seamless to run parallel sprint cycles for multiple products.
The platform is very user-friendly, and its integration with other tools like Jira and Slack has improved team collaboration.

Currently using Productboard, and it’s awesome for keeping our roadmap focused on what matters. This tool just makes prioritizing features so much easier. Love how customer-focused it is.
I've tried everything on the market and ProductBoard is the ONLY one that has stuck. I live in it every day. I've got Zapier zaps sucking in feedback from all over the place, and now with the Feedback Portal they unveiled, I'm able to provide transparency internally without frying non-dev non-designers minds with making them go into Jira (or even Trello I've found is TMI/confusing for people).
