Of all the AI bots we've tested, FIN's the bot best fitting our needs right now. However, the reporting/analytics are confusing at times, and we also lack rather basic features such as forwarding screenshots and recordings to our ticket tool.
It's an easy-to-use software and the outbound chat messages are very useful. Great customer support and well-documented help articles as well.
I use the intercom as an end user on many sites and I can say for sure that adding AI is the most useless updates. The bot has not answered any of my questions and does not understand when I ask to call people. That's enough
