@masump I'll add to this as a community expert consulting teams I can say from experience it's very customizable and is getting even better with every release! From the ability now to rename it, and prompt for personality to guidance and integrations there's a lot you can do to tailor how Fin engages with customers and handles situations. Also the Improve workflow and conversation events really help to understand where it's getting the information and why it's doing what it's doing to iterate and improve. Fin Tasks & Custom Actions can hook into your APIs or 3rd party tools to let Fin use these to answer more accurately as well. Preparation and monitoring are key but it's a great forcing function as well to keep you content and documentation up to date! If Fin answers incorrectly it's often you can track where it got that info and fix it once, then all future interactions with customers are improved. Great work by the Intercom team and it's sometimes hard even for me working on this with consulting clients every day... to keep up with all the new releases and betas 😂

Congrats on the launch 🚀 Excited about this, I just found out about Fin being included in the Early Stage Startup program yesterday when I was demoing Fin for some new clients and was happy to see it includes some resolutions in the package 🙌 I already believe there's a lot of value to the plan before this new launch but it's just that much better to be able to get started with Fin without thinking about those first 300 resolutions each month, plus you can start to train and iterate on the results now in the early days so you are ready to scale when it suddenly takes off Fin will be ready to handle that increased demand 💪
