I really like the tool so far. It is not complex at all. However, I recently deleted a ticket accidentally. So, is there any way to view it or is there a recycle bin type feature in this tool? Thanks :)

@amitt_ydv First of all, thank you for the support. We are delighted to help you with any roadblocks. As for your question, we have a Vault feature where you can find all the deleted tickets and restore them. So, don't you worry. We've got your back. :)

Our team has been using ProProfs Helpdesk 1.0 for more than a year. Some new added features in 2.0 include Canned Responses, Shared inbox, collaborative email, Issue tracking , tons of integration. Great Product!
