Why Is "Perspective-Shifting" So Crucial in Content Creation?
... learn much. But if they switch to a review perspective and say: "I broke down the pacing of 10 viral videos and realized the first 3 seconds are all about presenting a conflict," that summary becomes much more valuable. Perspective

Horizontal vs Vertical: What’s the smarter positioning for a Product Hunt launch?
... vertical products, very focused, very niche, wonder if that will limit them on Product Hunt. The thinking is: Our ICP isn t here. Should we go broader, more horizontal, just for launch? I do have my perspective, but honestly, what interests me most is hearing from others who ve gone through this. If your product is vertical , did you present it as-is on PH? Or did you broaden the messaging to make it resonate with a wider audience ...

How do you approach email marketing when you want to sell products?
... consider myself an influencer. P.S. I like the "invasive" approach to the company's newsletter by @Eight Sleep  they are consistent and are designing it very well. I would like to know from the perspective of the companies/startups here: 1) How do you handle email marketing and possible collaboration with influencers who own a newsletter for distribution? If you are open to sharing what tactic helped you the most, I will be thankful. 2) What do you cover ... ... lemouchira_ra): I can share what s worked on my side and what I ve seen with clients: Collabs with newsletter creators The best results usually come when the influencer writes in their voice and integrates your product naturally (vs

What Makes "Good" Content?
... clearly define your target audience: Who are they? What's their knowledge level? What market are they in? What kind of content do they usually consume? What content actually works for them? This is essentially user profiling combined with competitor analysis. Back when we were creating educational content, we'd put a ton of effort into user interviews, benchmarking against others, and even using a PBL (Project-Based Learning) approach to constantly refine our content structure ... ... little bit of an insight on one specific point, that can absolutely count as "good." Especially in education, we're really focused on that "aha!" moment it could be just one sentence, a single question, or a completely fresh perspective

I Built Teamo: The #1 AI Agent Team Built for Knowledge Workers
... lived and breathed from every angle. My journey has taken me through NLP research at Baidu, engineering for its Search and recommendation engines, and even founding an influential AI media outlet in China. From each of these perspectives, I saw the same paradox: Generative AI is a miracle, but it's also unleashed an information tsunami. It has dramatically shortened the cycle of knowledge renewal, but at a huge cost: a crushing sense of anxiety, the constant FOMO of falling ... ... behind, and the deep-seated fear of being replaced by the very tools we create. My co-founder, a brilliant recent graduate from Peking University (China's top university), felt this pressure just as intensely from a Gen Z perspective

Aqua Voice vs Wispr Flow
... select both the raw input and processed output. Comment from Daniel Cahn(@daniel_cahn): I'm a huge huge fan of @Willow Voice ! Really high quality dictation. Seriously, a game changer for me. Comment from vishal pandey(@vshpandey96): have tried whisper flow, works great but now I am sticking to windows inbuilt speech to text, works decent enough for my workflow. as long as you have text window it works everywhere - be notepad, ide, chat, mail, etc. Comment from Luann ... ... Comment from Daniel Cahn(@daniel_cahn): @jakecrump  Really good UX, really fast, and just does the best job by far at transcribing what I say correctly! Love that it's app-aware so it formats differently for email vs

I am attaching the current revenues for both (OpenAI vs Pplxty). Comment from Nika(@busmark_w_nika): @nika   @suvam_deo  What do you mean by localisation? Can you give an example? A more personal topic: Having (or not having) a family while building a business?
... having a family and kids is the best thing for them. It gives their business meaning because they re building something to share with others. It also helps them avoid being consumed by work 24/7 (for some 27/9). This perspective is more common among entrepreneurs in their 40s. Others view kids as a distraction something that prevents them from focusing fully on their work because kids demand constant attention. This mindset tends to be more common among people in their ... ... better time management. Personally? I m not yet ready for marriage/kids (it feels like gambling without mental preparation!). For now, I m happy balancing work with my mom, sisters, and partner as my core family. Maybe someday my perspective

Human Stories > Algorithms for Music Discovery
... wanted something more human. I wanted to build a place where you actually get the story behind why someone loves a song - like "this track got me through my breakup" or "heard this at 3am and it changed my perspective on everything." Real context from real people, not just "because you liked X artist." If this sounds interesting, would love your upvote! Always curious to hear what other makers think about human-centered discovery vs

which industry do you think is the riskiest to start a business, and which is flourishing?
... disadvantageous for business in the current situation, and vice versa, what would be worth getting into? Maybe I just took it from the wrong end and see things too pessimistically , but I would still like to know your perspective on the situation and maybe see any empty gaps that can be filled. Is AI making us stupid?
... control of your thought process while using AI? Comment from Ruban Phukan(@goodgistai): @busmark_w_nika  Absolutely, exercising our brains and applying active thinking is essential. The key is understanding where human effort adds the most value versus where automation can enhance efficiency. Critical thinking, creativity, and strategic decision-making? That s where human intuition shines. But for highly repetitive and process-driven tasks like invoice processing, resume screening, or handling routine email data entry manual intervention often slows ... ... better decisions, faster.
