How to reach your target audience and stand out to LLMs
... explain what they do. When you have a one-liner that people understand, every channel should reflect it: your website and blog, social media bios, community platforms like Reddit or Discord, and in media interviews. Be consistent with messaging. Mixed or inconsistent messages confuse people and confuse AI. Potential customers need to hear the same message over and over before taking action. And the same goes for LLMs like ChatGPT. As search interfaces, LLMs prioritize clarity, consistency, and comprehensiveness when ... ... Very tactically, should you include "AI" in your tagline or not? How do you stand out when you have a product in a really crowded space? Or worse, a product in a crowded space where all of the other competitors

Are you a planner or do you go with the flow?
... summer. I know it ll be in September and I want it to be by the sea, but that s about it. I ll figure it out later. Curious where you land on the spectrum: planner, improviser, or a mix of both? Comment from Ajay Sahoo(@ajay27324): Planning is very much required to do what's right for us so s to avoid the things that not to be done, for out of the box situations, those will be figured ... ... finish my entire to-do list, but the truth is . AI in your IDE (e.g. Cursor) vs AI in your terminal (Claude Code) — what’s the better flow?
... Claude Code can be faster for generating commands or scripts on the fly without the noise. It s more direct. And most importantly, it depends on what you re building. I d say use whatever keeps you productive, but mixing both could work well. Comment from Rajiv Ayyangar(@rajiv_ayyangar): @dmytrotomniuk  Can you flesh this out? I don't really understand why it would make a difference whether it's in the IDE or terminal. Comment from Rajiv Ayyangar ... ... Claude Code handles the "thinking" work - architectural decisions, complex implementations. Cursor handles the "typing" work - completing patterns, fixing syntax. Comment from Daniel Bernasconi(@daniel_bernasconi): @chrismessina  have you tried Claude Code? Do you think Warp is a valid alternative

How do you spend your weekends?
... often work weekends . But once a startup hits 4/5+ people, weekends start looking a lot more like weekends. Of course, there are exceptions but it made me wonder how you all spend yours. As for me. I m a mix. Some weekends are fully family time. Others? Deep work mode. It mostly depends on the weather: If it s really hot, I prefer to stay in and work. If it s really cold, same. But anything in between? That ... ... flung travels for this vampire - my coffin (read: air-conditioned apartment) is my happy place. Why chase sunsets when you can haunt your own couch? How many and what type of subscriptions do you have?

I don't have many subscriptions, to be honest, only: Twitter Premium annual (~ 80) CapCut Pro annual (~ 120) (and that's all) ... the other subscriptions are paid for by the company... like Visual Eletric, MixPanel, ChatGPT etc. How are your subscription plans? E.g. what products you subscribed to; (budgeting  optional); what do you consider when purchasing (your why). Comment from Rohan Gayen(@admiralrohan): @busmark_w_nika  Money money money! How do you handle fear from public speaking when pitching the product or giving a presentation?
... nobody can surprise you later) Breathing techniques and non-verbal communication once I interviewed a voice coach for Slovak Forbes and she advised the following techniques/practices: practice non-verbal communication (upright posture) adequate eye contact making grimaces (e.g., alternately pursing your lips and smiling broadly) to activate the jaw muscles imitating different sounds yawning is a great help because it stretches the muscles in the throat the larynx is lower than in the starting position and relaxes. Which tool chains do you (or have you) worked with as product managers?
... current work place, the tool chain from discovery to delivery is kind of a little wild... a mix of gsheets/gdocs/miro/figma/notion/jira and slack.. In previous places we stuck to teams + conlfuence + jira Which do you use? Comment from Johny(@johny_d): We're still a small team, so we're keeping it streamlined; we got: google workspace, notion, slack, creately & canva Comment from Nika(@busmark_w_nika): Same as you, but Trello + Jira + Confluence Communication: Slack, Crisp, Gmail Metrics ... ... How we discovered that tool juggling was killing product teams (and built the solution)
... Joseph, a cofounder at Crowd. We started Crowd as a user research and customer feedback tool. But every founder I talked to had the same frustrating setup: Google Analytics for traffic, Hotjar for recordings, Typeform for surveys, Mixpanel for events, Intercom for support. Sound familiar? One product manager I spoke to at WebSummit told me she spent a full week investigating a 15% drop in trial conversions. A week. Jumping between 7 different tools, trying to connect the dots ... ... that customer intelligence is scattered everywhere, and nobody has time to be a data detective. What we built instead We scrapped our original roadmap and rebuilt Crowd from scratch as a complete customer intelligence platform: User behavior tracking (replaces Mixpanel/GA

Do you trust autonomous (robo) vehicles? And who should be responsible for any related accidents?
... autonomous car crashes? (The software developers? The car manufacturer? The company operating the fleet? The AI? Or?) My take: I am still hesitant. Personally, I would use autonomous vehicles only for goods transport in separate infrastructure and wouldn t mix up too many human-driven vehicles with those autonomous. Love to hear your Point of view. Comment from Parth Ahir(@parth_ahir): I ve been following AVs for a while, and I m still on the fence ... ... think that the biggest obstacle would be a physical space. ... help draft those faster still tuning it to sound natural and thoughtful. For the PH launch, no agency, no spend. Just a clean landing, real user examples, a story behind the product, and a bit of manual outreach. That mix made the difference. Launching on App Store vs DMG Distribution - why would I choose one over the other?
... personally look at packages and am okay downloading things from internet devs but I'm curious what folks here think? Would distribution hurt download chances? Awareness: This is pretty much the same imo other than App Store search vs SEO but curious if anyone has had negative/positive experience regarding discoverability either through App Store or self-distribution Payments : I would probably use something like @Superwall but am curious what the best way to introduce a " free for 7 days then ... ... what performs better. I wonder if they penalize you for this like Amazon does if you make the same item cheaper off their site. Comment from Tania Bell(@taniabell): one more thing to throw into the mix

Best Payroll / PEO / EOR / HRIS for Distributed Teams?
