Which CRM Reigns Supreme? Pipedrive vs Attio
I’ve been researching CRMs and keep coming back to two options: @Pipedrive and @Attio . Both seem like solid choices, but they have very different approaches. I wanted to get some insights from the community—if you’ve used either (or both), I’d love to hear your thoughts!
Pipedrive: The Sales-Focused Powerhouse
Pipedrive is a well-established CRM built specifically for sales teams. It’s known for its visual pipeline, which makes managing deals super intuitive. Some key highlights:
Great for sales teams – Designed to help you track leads and close deals efficiently.
Customization – You can tweak pipelines, add custom fields, and integrate with various tools.
Automation – Helps with follow-ups, email sequences, and activity tracking.
Affordable pricing – Generally cheaper than many other CRMs, with solid value.
Not as flexible for general CRM needs – It’s very sales-driven, so it might not be the best if you need broader relationship management.
Attio: The Modern, Data-Driven CRM
Attio is a newer player in the CRM space but has gained traction as a more flexible, customizable solution, particularly for startups and data-centric teams. Some standout features:
Real-time, collaborative database – Feels more like a mix of Airtable and Notion but for CRM.
Custom views and workflows – Great for teams that need to manage contacts and deals in unique ways.
Powerful data syncing – Automatically pulls in data from emails and interactions.
Designed for modern startups – Less rigid than traditional CRMs.
Still evolving – Since it’s newer, it doesn’t have as many native integrations or automation features as Pipedrive (yet).
Which One Should You Choose?
Have any of you used these tools? Which one do you prefer and why? Would love to hear your experiences!

I choose SalesRender.com
It's a CRM for internet sales.
Prices are good.
There are a lot of features such as triggers for automation and different validators. Online monitoring of call center and prompter
I use Attio = value flexibility + minimal training requirement + allow us to save data as per different use cases + works well with Mailchimp (bulk actions like email campaigns)
Product Hunt
I'm also curious if there are newer products around that make a heavier use of AI, that people like!
I have been a Hubspot user since my agency days precovid but have used Pipedrive recently and would say that there are better options out there. To me Hubspot will always be my go to unless things seriously change but I like it and the CS is very reasonable and helpful.
I haven’t used these tools, but I love Attio’s minimalist design.
