Hey Producthunt 👋 I'm Ruben from Boei. Our team is excited to bring you what is the next level of customer communication. I have built Boei because none of my friends liked to use live chat: - Regularly, you don't get a reply - You have to keep the tab with the chat open - Occasionally, you get a reply, but you forgot to open the tab, and the agent is already gone again Why are we forcing visitors to use something new? They already have excellent communication channels! Boei supports 50+ channels, including WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. Next to this, Boei has several built-in forms, and you can easily add other options, too (like YouTube videos). It even works well with several live chat solutions (for the brands that can respond fast). We are based in The Netherlands and build Boei on a tech stack of vanilla JavaScript (the widget) and a backend of Laravel, Vue, and Bootstrap. I’ve been using Boei for over a year now. I really love the simplicity it offers, as do my customers. If you’re not looking for some fancy chatbot, this is the perfect tool to get your customers to get in touch with you very easily. Ruben is always very responsive and helpful too. Setting up Boei is a piece of cake. It's lightweight and does all the hard work for you - converting visitors into leads without too much effort. And, to top it off, you get weekly reports with recommendations on how to optimize performance!I honestly don't find any downsides to the usage I do. The support is direct and to the point, and its features are improving steadily.
