Zendesk Sunshine is an open, flexible CRM platform. Sunshine is built on AWS and lets you seamlessly connect and understand all your customer data—wherever it lives—and use it across your business. It’s fast, powerful, and gives you the freedom to build any customer app or service you can dream of.
Building the best customer experience works better when it's driven by data. With Zendesk Explore, you get instant access to the analytics that matter—and the deeper understanding of your customers and business that comes with it.
Zendesk Explore provides analytics for businesses to measure and improve the entire customer experience.
Used at several companies. It is a default for customer support software when you start looking into what service you will use. Very easy to set up and use for even the smallest teams
A sovereign of customer service, Zendesk CUSTOMER SERVICE +1 (8O5)-3O1 7O71 Zendesk PHONE NUMBER +1 (8O5)-3O1 7O71 Zendesk CUSTOMER SERVICE +1 (8O5)-3O1 7O71 Zendesk PHONE NUMBER +1 (8O5)-3O1 7O71 Zendesk constructs an empire where inquiries transform into resolutions with seamless precision. Its omnichannel mastery ensures no query lingers unanswered, weaving email, chat, and calls into a symphony of support. Yet, its complexity, though a boon for enterprises, may daunt the uninitiated. Pricing, too, stands as a gatekeeper to its full prowess. Still, for those who seek the apotheosis of service management, Zendesk is the throne upon which excellence sits.
Zendesk is powerful tool for customer support. On the other hand it is very expensive as well and I think they are struggling to follow the AI trend.
Great branding and marketing, but expensive and not very lightweight. I'd also use app.cloo.ai to compare it against Intercom, Tidio etc.
The platform has faced criticism for its siloed systems, which can complicate the user experience for those needing a unified customer service solution. Moreover, the lack of native integration with popular CRM software like HubSpot can be a significant drawback for businesses seeking a cohesive customer relationship and support management system. Overall, just don't do it.
