How to overcome procrastination & stay motivated on long projects?

Hello, Product Hunters! Do you struggle to begin tasks that are more difficult and time-consuming than your other tasks? I know I can finish when I start, yet I still find myself putting things off. Do you use any tactics to overcome this?

Dividing into small goals

Break it into smaller tasks, set deadlines, identify why you're procrastinating, find support, and take care of yourself.

I think that you may face such a problem as burnout at work. And in order not to run into this on the weekend, do not remember at work and go about your business. This can really help, I have had it on projects.
