Hello everyone! What influences your decision to invest in a product, both financially and emotionally?

Hello, Product Hunters! Do you struggle to begin tasks that are more difficult and time-consuming than your other tasks? I know I can finish when I start, yet I still find myself putting things off. Do you use any tactics to overcome this?

To build a SaaS product from scratch, I start by identifying a problem that needs to be solved in the market and conducting research on the target audience. Then, I create a minimum viable product (MVP) to test the idea with potential customers and gather feedback. From there, I continue to iterate and improve the product based on customer feedback. I also prioritize building a strong team with diverse skills and expertise, as well as creating a solid business plan and marketing strategy to reach potential customers. As for tips, I would suggest being open to feedback and continuously adapting the product to meet the needs of the target audience.
