Where should bloggers / creators pivot if ad traffic drops (due to LLMs)?
... about this a lot lately.... If LLMs keep pulling from blogs, news platforms (and obviously other content sources) -> this results in ad revenue keeps shrinking for most folks reliant on this source of income -> what is the pivot for these creators? My wife runs a food blog that s heavily ad traffic based. Right now her niche (make based content seems to be some of the safest on the internet.. likely way worse for someone with ... ... information based blog) hasn t been hit too hard, but it feels like something that could change quickly. That s got us thinking about what a pivot

How Wispr Flow found PMF through a pivot
... Flow. We were essentially building this as the operating system for the hardware device. But that didn t fix bigger issues with the hardware there was no consumer market for it. Back then, consumer voice workflows hadn t crossed the chasm. Our hardware product would have flopped even though it would ... ... companies in parallel: one for the Wispr hardware and one for Flow software. But we were still a small startup. From Failure to Product Hunt #1: The Two-Year Journey Behind HuHu AI Agent
... July 27, 2025, our team marked a significant milestone: our @HuHu AI earned the coveted #1 Product of the Day ranking on Product Hunt. It was a defining moment after two years of iteration, pivots, and lessons learned. In the sections that follow, I ll take you through the full story behind how we got here from early failures and model training to working with real clients and relaunching with purpose-driven clarity. Starting too early: the first attempt ... ... customer acquisition cost was $30, and user LTV only $22. We hit a wall. The product didn t convert. The tech wasn t ready. So we made the tough call: we shut it down, went without pay, and pivoted

... doesn t make it go away; it just means you get left behind. And fearing that AI will replace us doesn t stop it from advancing; it just leaves us unprepared. My answer is: Learn about AI and take control of it, because ... ... advantage, without surrendering all control. After a lot of trial and error (and yes, some spectacular AI-generated bugs along the way), I ve compiled a few best practices for vibe coding sanely: Break Problems into Bite-Sized Pieces
