I'm using Folk since the beta mode, with 2 usecases: manage my fundraising, and manage my agency business.
Super easy to use, and having the Zappier integration bring the software to the next level!
Folk is so amazing. It covers multiple use-cases, solves a wide array of pain points… their vision is unique, fresh, innovative! And the product is just awesome.
I've been using folk for a couple of months and I love it! It's super easy to use, just sync all of your contacts in folk and then create the workflows you need for yourself and your team. I used to use Notion for managing PR outreach, and I've switched to folk - I'm a big Notion fan but you can't beat a tool that was designed for contacts to manage contacts.
Our needs are pretty basic. We want to be able to organize contacts, keep notes and set reminders for when to reach out. We've been Folk customers for quite a while and find it somewhat non-intuitive and have had some usability issues that haven't really been resolved (importing emails from the wrong account). So we're working around things, but there's lots of room for improvement. That said, we looked around at a lot of the other options in the marketplace, such as Attio, Hubspot, Pipedrive (which used to be great) and they're either expensive, have poor UX or suffer from feature bloat (ahem, Pipedrive). Folk is the best we've found, but no one we've ID'd has gotten it right.
Folk is our Go-To CRM!
They have done an amazing job simplifying the UX, meaning it's genuinely useful off-the-shelf.
Compared to the big names incumbents, it's night and day.
Congrats @simolemhandez and team!
Folk has literally changed the way I manage my contacts. It's super easy to use, I love it, really. Plus, the recent integration with LinkedIn is seamless and saves me tons of time. Talking about time, I'm in the midst of a fundraising and, my email campaign have been effortless... Highly recommend it if you want to make contact management super easy!
As someone who has built CRM features, Folk.app looks incredible. Feels like Airtable and Asana had a kid that was raised by Notion. Excited to put this to work.
5 stars for the ease of use and UX
I am in my trial version and considering getting it into my tech stack,
Was wondering where is the main focus, is it towards Email campaigns like instantly? Or CRM like hubspot?
Currently my requirement is just for bulk campaigns.
