HI everyone, I'm currently building folk that is a contact management software for teams and would love to know what folks are using to manage personal contacts? I've seen many options but none seems to stick - Spreadsheets (eg Notion, Airtable, Coda, even Excel) but that are not really made for contacts - Contact managers such as Google Contact or Contacts+ but really lack collaboration - Tweaking CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Cloze but that are maybe too heavy for this purpose Any idea?

There is no question that CRM will continue to change in a big way. However, it remains unclear how changes like the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data analytics will impact customer relationships. Clearly artificial intelligence has been taking over a number of jobs as we speak. It's only logical for marketing to be next with the invention of all these companies trying to capture your time on the internet in order to create more accurate customer profiles. We're witnessing everything from Google and Facebook doing this, to Alexa now acting as our portal into devices like smart plugs or lights. What are your thoughts?
