@gipetto Thanks Petto!, We are working closely with our early users on combining and bridging gaps they have with existing solutions. Few of the priority lined up features in next iteration are more sources, analytics and various 3rd party communication channel integrations like slack, discord, whatsapp, etc for quick human response when required.

I personally prefer talking to humans and I always try to bypass the AI in every chat widget that I use, especially with Google Cloud.
It hasn't ever helped me but the person on the other side always solves my problem!
Also, I'm almost always the only person in line so I get almost immediate results.
