Super slow in fetching new review, up to 24 hours. It's useless if you are want to reduce the average response time to a few hours. The average response time they show it's only relative to the time they see the review. I guess frequent chron jobs are too expensive for them.

Antonio, thanks for your feedback. Our auto-reply rules fetch reviews directly from Google Play API every 10 minutes, just as we communicated that via support chat. Most new user reviews get response within 5-10 minutes after review was posted.
The manual reviews feed is currently in beta and it displays only publicly available reviews which become publicly roughly after 24 hours.
