I've just tested adding a pop-up to my landing page (I'm launching here soon - would be great if you check it out!), and the main feedback is that I would like to see a bit of a customization - e.g. I want to match the colors and style of my landing page :)
@marclou@swarnava_dutta Yeah my friend and I were hired to build this tool which was an almost exact copy of Marc Lou's product, so we decided to give it for free as we don't tolerate scamming and copying other people. Please be aware of scammers!!!
@swarnava_dutta buggy copies get better with iterations, it indie hacking way of doing things. We should not discourage indie hackers. Its an open market any body can launch whatever they want 🙏
Effective CTAs can make a huge difference in conversions. How customizable are the pop-ups? Can users A/B test different designs and messages to see which performs best?
