But first let me tell you a bit about the philosophy of what we built. No matter how good your product is, getting people to start with it is hard. And that’s because they might not all come with the same intent, have the same knowledge about your domain, or about computers in general. Plus, the more powerful your product, the more options it has for people to make the most of it. And even with a great UI, there is little chance people will grasp everything without help.
