Hey everyone! 👋
I'm super excited to announce the official launch of PathPro! So sure, there are a TON of project/product management tools out there, but having actually developed, sold, and managed the growth of a few actual products, I found all existing project management tools lacking a few key elements. Where existing solutions focus on internal teams and task lists, they missed the tools I needed most: community-facing tools that not only gather community feedback, but a platform that allows me to quantify this feedback in meaningful ways that will actually inform my product, and confirm what to work on next.
Yep, it's the classic case of "If you can't find it, build it yourself!" ...and a few years of development later, here we are! PathPro includes all of the project management tools you'd expect: Roadmaps, task assignment, etc., but where it gets interesting is the community aspect. Here's a brief outline of what we call PathPro's "Golden Pipeline":
1. A customer submits a feature or idea through PathPro's feature submission tool.
2. You receive the submission, but this is much more than a simple form submission. It has essentially become a "task" that you can "adopt" into your workflow.
3. You love the idea, but you're not quite sure if it's worth spending the time and cash to develop. So, you "adopt" the idea to the Feature Voting tool in order to gain more feedback from other customers to confirm if it's something everyone wants.
4. Over time, demand is confirmed by customers upvoting the feature and providing additional feedback. You highlight/tag valuable suggestions, and confirm that this is indeed a feature worth implementing, all based on actual, quantified data based on customer interactions. Guesswork eliminated!
5. You move the item directly into your development pipeline, placing it directly on a public roadmap that bridges the gap between your customers and your team. Your team and tasks stay organized, and your community stays informed on when to expect new features. The feedback continues to roll in as your team engages with your customers until...
6. The task is complete and it's time to release an update! PathPro's Interactive Release Notes feature lets you Include the actual task, along with all of the details, conversations, and so on, directly in each update! You'll not only showcase the "path" a feature took from idea to reality, but you'll give credit to everyone involved to boost customer loyalty (and social sharing!).
7. Bonus: PathPro provides detailed analytics on each customer, showcasing exactly where they've contributed to your product's growth. Offer rewards and incentives to build brand loyalty, increase their rank, and build brand loyalty like a true pro.
All in all, PathPro was built to empower product developers to truly embrace the power of their community, since the best ideas typically come from those actively using your product. It embraces transparency in development, keeps customers informed, and brings them into the development process in a truly rewarding manner. Oh, and it just so happens that we grow PathPro by, well, using PathPro! We invite you to join our official Product Path to not only preview the product, but to offer your own suggestions, vote on proposed features, and to stay informed of what's coming next: https://pathpro.co/demo/
Give it a go and let me know what you think! After all, feedback is what PathPro is all about 😁 And yep, we've included a Product Hunt exclusive 15% off promo, and that's for LIFE, so feel free to grab it (and don't hesitate to go for the free plan, which includes a ton of awesome features unto itself, no CC needed). Thanks in advance and keep rocking your path🤘

@neharathore_ Thanks Neha! Though we're focusing on software-based product developers/managers, PathPro is actually very flexible across multiple uses :) Happy to answer any questions to help out!
