Geoguessr has been pretty fun in my previous startup.

For remote teams, we've done a mix of virtual coffee chats, online trivia, and collaborative games like virtual escape rooms. These activities help build connections and break the ice, especially when everyone’s working from different locations. We try to organize something once a month, but I think the key is consistency—keeping it casual and regular so that team members feel comfortable connecting outside of work.
