LinkedIn for both. When I'm being reched out it at least feels like the person has a reason to based on my profile. With email, I feel like it was just scraped from somewhere and it's completely random.

linkedin, because then you get to build your network for every outreach. so you get something back. the other platforms you dont.

More efficient for both to receive/indicate initial interest; from there can move to email or stay put.
