@nicolasgohler It depends a lot on your situation. You can usually find a mentor organically only in the region you are leaving. Paid services like Growth Mentor can give you access to mentors in the US. If you have free cash for it, it is good to use paid mentors on an episodic basis to get a broader perspective. But I definitely recommend first checking your local meetup groups.
