With Releases, you can maintain a changelog for your product, app, or essentially anything. Add your own domain, upload your logo, pick a theme and start writing. You can also keep subscribers in the loop whenever you posted something.
Hey, everyone. 👋 Andreas from Releases here. Releases is a "spin-off" of another product I launched a while ago. People asked for a standalone solution to the changelog feature and to be honest, I did not want to complicate the platform with more options and settings. So Releases was born - a standalone and very simple approach to changelog software.
👀 It currently features 2 themes, more are coming soon. You can add your own domain, a custom logo, custom links and more.
📝 It features a pretty nice editor that allows you to conveniently write your entries. The backend is as simple as it gets, no clutter, no unnecessary things. White and dark mode.
👩💻 Interested people can subscribe to your changelog and you can, obviously, notify them whenever something new was posted. This is an optional setting per entry.
💸 Releases is not subscription-based. You only pay once and can use it forever. Updates and new features included, of course.
🎉 As a special thank you to the Product Hunt community, I'm offering a whopping 40% off until the end of September. Use the promo code "PRODUCTHUNT" during checkout.
Releases sounds like a game-changer for keeping everyone in the loop. I'm always looking for ways to keep our video clients updated, and while we're all about visuals, a crisp changelog could be a fab addition. 🎥
And by the way, if you ever fancy jazzing up Releases with some fun explainer vids, hit me up. We could create something snazzy together
Congratulations on the launch of Releases! This looks like an amazing tool to help keep track of changes and engage with customers. Can't wait to see how it helps people manage their products!
