I audit each automation separately.
If the different tools they use can be replaced by Notion, these tools can also be replaced in the automation.
If the goal is to consolidate tools into Notion as a central hub, most of the time, one or two extra steps in the automation do the work.

We use the automation platform of the client's choice to get you off to a good start. Also, we document what each automation does, what each step does, how to troubleshoot it, and how to introduce changes.
