I noticed that lots of new users that signed up never actually sent their first message to their own AI Agent...

So two new features have now been added to the site:

1. Demo Data: now you can build and test AI Agents entirely without connecting any API Keys. You'll get demo data back, but you'll see how your agent will actually work and process actions in the real-world without any real-world implications.

2. Interactive Tutorial: next time you log in you'll go through a super quick and easy tutorial that shows you exactly how to get started step-by-step.

This one is especially useful for anything customer support related: a 'source of truth' knowledge base.

Now you can upload files to your agents for them to reference when executing actions, see how to do this below (it takes less than one minute):

Our latest update now enables you to expose your AI Agents as webhooks!

This means that you can do things like:

• Every time a Stripe payment fails Run agent to send personalized recovery emails

• Every time a new lead enters HubSpot Run agent to research and qualify them

• Every time a support ticket is created Run agent to categorize and route it

After gathering early feedback on how the platform was being used, I noticed something interesting: users are expecting more proactive agents rather than reactive.

Therefore Automations have just been added to the platform so now you can have your API-integrated Agent take actions on your behalf in the background, working on autopilot, in an hourly, daily, or weekly cadence.
