Roughly around this time last year, I took a leap of faith to join Rasayel (we launched today, would love feedback if you have it:
https://www.producthunt.com/post...) - a small team of about 10 people. I left a comfortable job at a series C start up to join a much smaller team, with much more risk.
For me, it's undeniably been worth it. It's been hard, but it's allowed me to move countries, upskill faster than I ever have, and learn a ridiculous amount of new skills. But I won't say it hasn't been tough. Lots of late nights and stressful projects. But I have to say, wouldn't change it for the world.
