We've tried both Buffer and Hootsuite, and a few others in this category. In the end we felt Hootsuite does a better job. The Good: 1) it has more functions than Buffer; 2) it's not that expensive in the lower pricing tier; 3) the team collaboration part is powerful; 4) the TweetDeck-ish UI gives all the relevant info at once. The bad: 1) the UI is kind of clumsy and confusing for first-time users. Overall, a very handy and powerful tool to manage the content creation of your startup's various social media accounts.
