@christianrjo Might seem like a crazy question, but how did you manage to partner with Ponce? Really curious as I'm developing an app that hold funds until release at a later date and we've been looking at so many financial institutions that are not willing to partner with us for an innovative application development. Are you able to answer (even if privately) more about that? Thanks.
@christianrjo hi Christian. I have been a customer since Dec 2020. I need your help. One day my account was block and the app kept re-routing me. I always pay my bill on time and I’ve been building credit. I’ve been calling the 833 # no response, recording - that’s it. I came down to Regis in Oakland and no one was there to help me. I don’t want my credit ruined. I’ve been sending countless emails since December. One day my app said I need to submit my social security card and I need a picture of myself. When since December 2020 my bank account as well as me paying my bill in a timely manner. I need your help. I was also asked to make the payment to PayPal?
PLEASE HELP! I can’t get anyone to respond. Christina sent an email yet I can’t speak or talk to anyone

@allanospina I’m not having a good time with the app I can’t get in with anyone and I never got my withdrawal it’s been two weeks I even canceled it and did it again still nothing
This is unreal - such an incredible entry point & the fact its focused on us not the score (which uses a predatory algorithm that encourages more and more lending) is fantastic.
This is so needed right now and such a sleek product! Awesome that you've cut the min payment in half. Can't wait to recommend Grain to so many of my friends.
I haven't been able to reach Grain Customer support for over a month. They don't respond to their emails, they don't answer the phones or twitter... Hell I even tried texting them... More auto responders... Now they are charging me late fees because my bank account information cannot be changed. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on their lack of customer engagement. As soon as I've figured out how to pay them off I'm closing my account. Hope I don't have to go to the FDIC but it might come to that based on their current lack of response.
@christianrjo Ahhhh Love this! This makes me happy in so many ways...not since Square have I had a smile so big. Product + Biz model design and the fiscal empowerment aspect is simply brilliant! Jobs-to-be-done > DONE & DONE! Congratz!
Horrible app. They unlink your bank info, don't let you change it, and then rack up on late fees and interest charges. You try to "email the help@trygrain.com and they never respond. It's been weeks and this is now adverse on my credit. And of course the phone number doesn't work AT ALL. This is a complete mess, all when I just want to pay in full to CLOSE the account. Can someone get back to me. That is all I am asking.
I can’t really answer this question. I have been trying to get my bank email verified for almost two weeks. I can’t get any response from anyone. I have emailed several times. It was recommended by someone I know, but my experience has not been good. I would like to either get my bank email verified or cancel my account so my banking information can be taken away from it.

You have to create a plan in your head and know exactly what you need to buy and how much it will cost approximately. Then the experience will be positive
It was a great product until today they decided to tell existing customers we are going to charge you 10% of your existing line was a annual fee. Seriously. Stupid Move why would anyone pay 10% to have this product as a annual fee plus the fees associated to it. For instance I have a $1,000 line, never paid late, 710 FICO score. When you loose good credit customers like me you will start dragging the bottom of the barrel for new ones

@sasha_giraldo B/c it takes a couple of days for the payment to clear, you'll have access to the updated balance then.
