As a lot of my work relates to communications and marketing, I spend quite some time in social media or exploring trends, so analytics. And yes, web browser of course. Research, research and research. For finding startup and entrepreneurial events I use Linkedin on daily basis. Aaand as of tools, a water boiler is a super equipment - would not be able to go productively during the day without tea :)
