- read 10 pages of a non-fiction book
- pick a diet and stick to it (no cheat meals or alcohol for the entire 75 days)
- do 2 workouts, one of which must be outdoors
- drink 1 gallon of water
My 75th day is August 6 so I'm hanging in there!

Although this app may seem straightforward, my ultimate goal is for others to utilize it as a foundation for their own projects or as a source of inspiration, while I continue to gain knowledge and learn from the experience.
