My solution was to rent a flexible space where I can get focused and chat with co-workers in case I was in the mood. Have you tried?

Biggest challenge = not opening the fridge. How do I overcome? Force myself to go to the office where there is no fridge...
@rex_kumaran haha it happened the same to me until I found a flexible office. One week after I realized there was a kitchen on it 👀
