folk is the next-generation CRM: a collaborative workspace for all your team's relationships. ⚙️ Centralize all your contacts in one place. 🗂 Organize your contacts into groups and build actionable views. ⚡️ Activate your contacts as a team.
Hello everyone,
I’m Thibaud, the founder of folk. I’m really excited to share early access with you today. Everyone who sign ups in the next 24 hours will get priority access this week, and 3 months unlimited use for free. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback!
folk initially started as an internal tool at the startup studio eFounders — but we realized we weren’t the only ones that needed a CRM to centralize, organize and activate our contacts. Quickly, we decided to turn it into a fully-fledged company.
CRMs are the most widely used SaaS in companies, yet they are completely outdated. Onboarding users on CRMs isn’t easy. The tool is hardly customizable. The experience is not enjoyable.
We’ve been under the radar for the last 18 months, silently trying to invent the next generation of the CRM. We’re very inspired by the new generation of No-Code tools like Webflow, Airtable, Notion or Shopify. So we’re trying to bring the same level of customization, simplicity and delight, to reinvent the CRM for all.
We’re just getting started and iterating on the product, so we’re really excited to hear your thoughts.
AMA 😊
Well done, @tiboel! The product looks amazing. Been a huge fan from Day 1. You've been silently shipping an extraordinary No-Code CRM 🔥 Kudos to the team 😍
Hello everyone,
I’m Simo, the cofounder of folk. Feeling very anxious, but also very excited about the launch.
For most of us, our daily business life mostly comes down to dealing with a bunch of different contacts: from managing clients to suppliers, candidates or investors, etc.
With these contacts, the touchpoints are multiple: from Zoom calls, emails, calendar events, LinkedIn, mail merge tools, to name but a few.
There are multiple tools to centralize all this data (and trust me, I've tried them all!), but they always didn’t felt as the right fit:
- Traditional CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.) are too clunky, hard to setup, over complex and purpose-built only for Sales.
- Spreadsheets (Notion, Airtable, Google Sheet or Excel) aren’t connected to your communication sources and feel as dead lists of contacts.
folk combines the flexibility of a spreadsheet but synced with all your communication tools!
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts, feedbacks and what you end up building with folk.
@simolemhandez Amazing combination of no-code power and communication tools ! Keep working hard , you're cracking the personal CRM problem for all of us !
@simolemhandez Practice shows that CRM systems are designed to perform various tasks. These include building interaction between departments, automating processes, and assisting in business conduct through proposed transaction scenarios. Of course, it is also worth mentioning the reporting in the CRM system.
I test various CRM to find the most convenient one for my company. Any platform on the market offers several solutions to help improve the efficiency of employees. The main thing is to find the one that best suits my business.
I've been looking for a flexible way to keep track of contacts of different kinds for a long while, and @tiboel and the team are finally making it happen. Congrats!
Really cool new gen CRM – great for small companies to properly handle relations with providers, freelancers, clients, bloggers, etc.
Congrats on the launch!
It was high time someone built a good and user-friendly CRM. Folk’s UX is really above the competition and it makes it a breeze to use. Congrats on the launch!
The video deserves an Oscar!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
And the product is pretty great too 😍 Finally a tool to manage contacts, across every team and use case.
Congrats folk team!
I have been beta testing the product for a few months already and I am in LOVE! this is the best CRM you could ever have! congrats @tiboel and the Folk team!
This product is going to be huge. In the NoCode era, CRMs need to be more flexible and let people build their own custom tools. Congrats @tiboel@simolemhandez and team 🎉
Wow, it looks great!! We are dealing with hundreds of wellness influencers. It's essential to build a personal connection with everyone of them. Folk would allow us to do just that!
@dylan_fournier2 You should sign up and give it a try. You can even book a demo so we can give you a tour and show you how to customize folk to your needs !
@tiboel Super Thibaud, that is great news! Outlook users have limited options when it comes to CRM with good integration capabilities. Nimble/Attio do the job but there's plenty of room for a next-gen player. My wishlist (for now ;) ): add-in for Outlook Mac, Safari extension, contact data enrichment, contact data updates based on email signatures, contact data (suggested) updates when people switch jobs based on LinkedIn triggers, ...
@krisvandenberk@julie_abec@tiboel
Im one of the few who haven't tried yet, but got my invitation already. So before trying myself: Right now folk only works with Gmail? Any smtp integration for sending emails from everywhere on the roadmap?
Congrats on the launch team Folk 👏
We've been using it for months, it's a real game changer for managing relationships as a team. Can't wait to see what's next!
