Hey ?makers congrats on the launch. Who is this product primarily intended for? I run a team of 25 at a software dev agency and am unsure what the product does from the pics / descriptions :)
@romanopravdic Our solution is primarily designed for account executives and sales teams across various industries. Our goal is to simplify buyer-seller collaboration by centralizing all deal-related content in one shareable room. We have customers who run software development agencies and use our product to create Mutual Action Plans with their clients, making collaboration more transparent and efficient.

@romanopravdic Romano, this is for you. Why? Your cycles are longer than a month if you are in the service business, and sometimes even 12 months.
Why don't you create a room for every one of your ICPs?
I used to do a lot of Service (R&D) sales 10 years ago, and it was always challenging as these are heavily relationship-driven businesses. This could speed up the sales.
Great job, guys. It took me a while to understand what exactly DocsCube helps with. Maybe you could articulate it better. Nonetheless, congratulations on the launch! :)

@jay_gadekar thank you for your feedback Jay. I think B2B Deal Rooms are a bit new, they are ultimately B2B Data Rooms (VC) but 2.0. Nonetheless, I am curious how you'd market it?

Can you explain more on the 400 Request Form Submissions, 350 Workflow Executions. Are they one time? Assuming they are recurring monthly?
@vedranrasic@aktiv Thanks Dan! You can create a custom webform and use it as part of the deal room or stand alone, each time the user submits the form we count that as a Request Form Submission. You can attach workflow to execute after the form is submitted, but there are also other ways to trigger it, for example only when specific document gets signed, approved etc. Yes, these limits are recurring monthly. It promises all-in-one deal rooms for proposals, client portals, and even onboarding. Does it deliver on automating workflows, forms, and e-signatures? Is managing your deal flow smoother with DocsCube 2.0?
@jpgohil93 Thanks Jayes. Yes, we have workflow automation integrated inside the deal rooms. You can automatically generate proposals, contracts, send emails and more.

Interesting find - DocsCube looks like it might streamline B2B sales. Customer portals and eSignatures in one place could be handy.
