@wrbl_t Finally I was able to find the URL for PDF in the page source. I don't want to publish it here as I do not know if its OK or not. It's just an information for people who do not receive the copy to their inbox.

@lmenus Not so different. Their blogs are at blog.close.io and same content is made into videos and vice versa.

@steli Hi Steli, I lost my internet connection today so I finally got around to finishing your book. Really quickly, I like that it's written in a simple format and has sections for different scenarios. What I'll point out is some typos throughout the text and a lower-quality image (happy v successful customers, too blurry). It also seems you've been inspired by Jason Lemkin. That's probably not a bad thing, but more variety in references would make the content even better. Hope this helps. Lubos
