Hello fellow hunters, 👋 Malte here, the co-founder and CEO at airfocus, the most flexible, end-to-end product management platform. We've been working hard since our last launch on Product Hunt, and today, I’m thrilled to introduce our biggest release of the year, which brings OKRs into product work: the airfocus Objectives & OKRs. In talking with product organizations large and small about OKRs and goal setting, everyone kind of sighed or rolled their eyes, and not because OKRs are not valuable - quite the opposite. But their implementation is still so clunky and disjointed that OKRs usually operate in parallel to day-to-day product work & strategy, often becoming just an afterthought while scrambling to manually fill out progress updates across a set of disconnected spreadsheets 30 minutes before the cross-company OKR progress meeting. 😅 This is not to criticize - we know that pain firsthand at airfocus as well! This is why we built the Objectives & OKRs: an OKR tool that’s built directly into your product management platform to help you and your team deliver on your goals. How? Easy. 🎯 Manage your OKRs from airfocus & connect them directly to your roadmaps and workflows, so you can understand your team's progress on all levels (from a single story all the way up to long-term company-level objectives). 🎯 Link your airfocus items (initiatives, epics, etc.) directly to Key Results to not lose sight of overarching goals within daily work. 🎯 Automatically track progress via regular check-ins to get real-time context, helping you immediately pinpoint at-risk objectives and make quick adjustments. Oh, you don’t use OKRs? No biggie - like everything we do, we built this feature to adapt to any goal-setting framework. Really excited to hear your feedback, and help more product teams crush their goals. 💪 Best, Malte

Some of the biggest challenges around OKRs are how it is embedded into the teams / company rituals but first and foremost setting up meaningful OKRs. Also, way too often OKRs are chosen based on ideas teams already want to build while it’s supposed to be the other way around. How does Airfocus help with that?
Guillem Sague
Yet another amazing feature of airfocus' platform. The product just keeps getting better! 🚀🚀
Malte Scholz
Thanks, @guillem_sague. We're trying hard, every day :)

Super excited about this one! I know the team has worked hard on it, and the initial feedback has been really positive! As someone who loves and really leverages OKRs, I definitely feel the pain of not having a central place to track progress, and especially one that's not close to my daily work. Really looking forward to hearing what everyone else has to say about the feature!
Jonas Baum
This looks super cool. Love the idea to directly integrate into PM software. Makes sooo much sense!
