What’s the most effective way to make real progress on your product?
... thing I ve seen across multiple startups I ve worked with: progress often gets stuck. Endless planning. Too many async updates. Not enough actual momentum. What s been most effective in my experience ? A war room . It s a focused setup where the whole team works in sync - same space (or online Google Meet), full focus, no context switching. We d usually run it in 2 3 sprints of 12 hours. I ve seen other teams go even harder ... ... beta experiences with creators even before full feature parity. Their feedback while listing auctions for brand deals shaped what mattered most. Now we ship faster with better alignment to market need. Comment from Ran(@a11yexpert): We ve done war rooms

I Left the City, Went to the Jungle, and Came Back With a Mission
... used to clean rooms in a 5-star hotel. Then I was hauling bricks on a construction site in London. Now I m building a platform I believe could change how people work forever. Humble Beginnings I grew up in the Czech Republic. Studied CNC. Worked as a van driver. I moved to Amsterdam full of energy and ambition, ready to see the world. Instead, I found myself cleaning luxury hotel rooms

From Hotel Housekeeper to Founder — Building Tools for Teams Like Mine
... didn t come from tech. I studied CNC in the Czech Republic, drove vans, cleaned 5-star hotel rooms in Amsterdam, and worked construction sites in London. In every job, I saw the same chaos: Rotas on paper. Disconnected teams. Stress everywhere. Eventually, I built a simple tool for the company I worked at, just to stop the madness. And it worked. Later, I spent 3 months in the Amazon rainforest with no phone or signal, just animals and time ... ... built something for real: Managewise -- a tool to help small teams track time, manage shifts, and handle payroll without drowning in spreadsheets or overpriced tools. No VC. No fluff. Just something I wish existed back when I was cleaning rooms

What do you prefer for brainstorming - Miro, Figjam or other?
... Here at Product Hunt, we found that we were slowly shifting away from @Miro and defaulting to @Notion for typing up brainstorming notes during meetings (we use @Tandem so already have built-in breakout rooms, ambient music options and timers). So we decided to cancel our Miro account and continue to use Notion or switch to a Figjam board if we really needed a sticky notes format (we're already using Figma so it helps reduce the number of tools ... ... whole brainstorm into a summary and actionable immediately. If it's with a Team, I'd say whatever most folks will revist or be able to feel the most comfortable. I've often found Miro works pretty well or alternatively
