From Hotel Housekeeper to Founder — Building Tools for Teams Like Mine

I didn’t come from tech.

I studied CNC in the Czech Republic, drove vans, cleaned 5-star hotel rooms in Amsterdam, and worked construction sites in London.

In every job, I saw the same chaos:

Rotas on paper. Disconnected teams. Stress everywhere.

Eventually, I built a simple tool for the company I worked at, just to stop the madness. And it worked.

Later, I spent 3 months in the Amazon rainforest with no phone or signal, just animals and time to think. When I came back, I built something for real:

Managewise -- a tool to help small teams track time, manage shifts, and handle payroll without drowning in spreadsheets or overpriced tools.

No VC. No fluff. Just something I wish existed back when I was cleaning rooms and moving bricks.
