Hi! I am Ruthvik, building an All Day Human Accountability Service for Ambitious People with ADHD
... tech job. Yet, basic tasks like filling out insurance forms felt impossible because I just couldn't get myself to do them. Even after my diagnosis, I tried everything: medication, therapy, habit coaching, books, endless productivity tools, tricks like Pomodoro and habit stacking, even experimental treatments. Most helped a bit, but nothing stuck. Every approach eventually put the pressure back on me to stay consistent, remember, and follow through. What truly changed things was hiring someone to keep me accountable ...

I got tired of pretending to be productive. So I built an app that forces me to work.
... through the BS. I m a solo founder. I live inside Notion, Xcode, Apple Calendar, Twitter, and 37 different Apple Notes. I ve tried every productivity method under the sun: Pomodoro, GTD, Deep Work, Time-blocking, Eisenhower Matrix, Second Brain setups You name it. I tried it. And none of them worked for me. But here s the hard truth: It s not about the tools. It s about control. And most of us don t have it. Not when ...

First time on Product Hunt – How do you build real connections here?
... ambient sounds, immersive visual scenes, floating widgets, and a design crafted to help you stay focused and feel good while working. Kind of like your own digital zen corner. A bunch of features are already live (including a customizable Pomodoro timer with sound!), but right now, what matters most to me is learning how to genuinely be part of this community. No distractions. No clutter. No guilt. Also built: A tool to simplify your ...

How Do Successful People Stay Focused? We Believe Oasis is the Answer—Check It Out! 🚀
... built BeforeSunset AI , we asked ourselves: What kind of feature could truly help people stay focused and maximize their productivity? The Pomodoro Technique is Outdated - Time for a New Paradigm!
... always hated the Pomodoro Technique, but recently I've started using what I call The Fibonacci Technique. Here s how it works: Use the Fibonacci sequence (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, 55 up to 89) as focus estimates for your tasks. For example, can you finish the task your working on in under 55 minutes, what about under 34? This forces you to start with the end in mind. If you still have work to do after ... ... your estimate, just make a second estimate. Maybe you can finish up in under 8 minutes, or under 5. My problem with Pomodoro
