Such a cool story! I think one of the biggest organic, and often forgotten about helpers is reddit. Everyday I am shocked by the power of reddit and communities like Product Hunt. Just goes to show what real connection can do for a business and brand!

Such a cool, needful tool! I have always been a runner and am getting ready for my 4th half marathon in a few weeks. I've also been getting more into the idea of cross training, but do so with my fiancé. He is a baseball coach and often creates workout programs designed with that in mind. Since doing more of his workouts, I have noticed it has impacted my running performance. Tools like...

Hi & welcome. I too work for a SaaS company but mostly on the marketing side. I play a small role in the product development, but am far from being techy enough to be truly effective on that side. In my experience, polling people outside of your network for true, honest feedback on your draft approach is the most helpful thing. It is so easy to get tunnel vision when working on the same...

I have a preference towards ChatGPT. In my case, it 100% had that first mover advantage. I have been using Gemini more and more but that is because the Google Suite is building it into their tools. I currently pay for Grammarly PRO and have been considering churning since the Gemini tool is becoming more accessible, is free, and the output is just as good. I would expect adding Gemini into the...

Hiya! I am getting back into PH after a few years away. In my experience, building genuine connection ahead of time is the most helpful thing. PH has such an incredible community of people, but you need to actually make the effort to connect. I would recommend supporting other's launches by taking the time to review products and engage in forums (like you are here!) Best of luck with the...

I didn't build an app - but I use AI all the time to help create custom code for our website and emails. My 'biggest' success would be building a functional calculator that is going on our pricing page. The goal of the calculator was to communicate both the time and monetary value of our SaaS tool to users/potential buyers. Generally, I make a list of requirements and try to find rough examples...

Hey Tomas! I work in podcasting and co-host a podcast (Headliner: Discovery and Marketing Podcast). Always looking for tools to help grow the podcast while also generating GOOD LinkedIn content that provides value to our followers. Will definitely give it a look! Always excited to see more podcasters in the SaaS creative space. :)

Wild update! Just tried it and it produced a solid thumbnail so quickly. Really listened to the edits I requested as well — image generation has come a lonnnggg way in such a short period of time.
ChatGPT just became absolutely insane for YouTube Thumbnail creation!

Just downloaded @ツSupercut! I switch between Mac and PC so always looking for a good solution to recording on PC. Loved the onboarding screen btw — it can be tricky sometimes to get from download to success using browser extensions.

Hiya @supa_l! Same boat. I helped launch a SaaS tool a few years ago when I first started at my current company, Headliner. It was a bit of a rushed job. I certainly learned a lot and hope to learn even more from this incredible community of makers, minds, and creatives over the upcoming weeks. We are getting ready to launch a new tool in the podcasting consumption space - something the company...

We are diving pretty deep into this for our SaaS tool rn. In our personal experience, it all points to the onboarding experience. We saw that the majority of people made their decision to purchase within the first hour of using the tool. After that first hour, the drop-off was pretty shocking with most users churning out. Basically, if you cannot quickly provide value, a lot of users will move...

I work for Headliner. Our bread and butter is helping podcasters create social video. Some out of the box use cases that are actually very popular on the platform are newlyweds creating audiograms. (Audiograms take audio files and turn them into video using a waveform and static image - traditionally.) They basically string together a bunch of 'call's' from loved ones that were left on a...

Generally speaking, you're message needs to be very simple and clear. Like could it be compared to anything to help better contextualize? What specific problem does it solve? How does it fit into someone's current lifestyle or workflow? Those types of questions help build a clear messaging strategy. The graphic is honestly great though lol. Def will stop a scroll. 😆

Podcasting SaaS & Solo Marketer
Hi all! My name is Elissa. I work for a startup called Headliner. Our bread and butter is helping podcasters create social video to help grow podcasts. However, we've broken out of that box and continue to do so in new, exciting ways (hence getting on PH 😉)Anyways, we've got a lot going on and I AM marketing for the team. I would love to learn more about how to have a successful launch day here...
