Awesome! I've been in eComm for years now and the amount of time that this could be saving me is HUGE! It's hard to train people to really man the chats well and even harder to do the scheduling if you want to have 24/7 support that will actually sell. Amazing guys, keep up the good work on this!
Fantastic app! As a CRM agency I am glad I recommended Zipchat to a couple of customers, who have encountered great returns and very positive feedback from their community! Zipchat is definitely a go if you have complex products to sell or simply want to add value in the sales process, definitely worth the try!

The ability to get instant answers, 24/7 help, and multilingual support is incredible. I'm curious, how does Zipchat.ai train its AI with external sources to provide even more context? Is that data scraping or what does that look like?
After 2 months of usage we found no bugs. Which is incredible for such a young company. Of course we had to train the AI with more context, correcting answers for a couple of weeks at the beginning, but thanks to a super easy UX and a proactive team telling us what to do, it was a smooth process.
