It is like F5Bot but for TikTok. Does it "scan" conversations on the whole platform, and can we be notified by email when our brand is mentioned? (or selected words, tags are mentioned so we can react promptly?)

@busmark_w_nika Thanks for the great questions. Users have full control to set up and customize their own queries, so the scope is entirely flexible.

Regarding notifications, that feature is not yet available. However, we understand how critical timely responses to brand mentions are for marketers, and we appreciate the feedback. We'll add it to our product roadmap for future development.

QQ: What's the weirdest customer insight pattern that completely blindsided a brand using Syncly Social?

And are you planning to push into predictive territory ie. like flagging potential brand crises before they explode across channels?

And yes! Proactive issue monitoring is one of our use case :)
