With Superchat, you can track key engagement metrics including message delivery, open and reply rates, as well as click-through rates. Plus, our automations feature allows you to set up custom conversation events in chat flows and send conversion events into any other BI or analytics software. For teams, we also offer team performance metrics like reply times, sent messages and participated conversations per agent, etc. Though I guess you are more focusing on the marketing use case of Superchat.

@khang_bui_marvy Hi Khang, thanks for your comment! Yes, absolutely. We offer a drag-and-drop builder for our chat flows, which we call "Automations". Automations essentially combine triggers, action nodes, and logic nodes, which allow you to build any kind of flow, gather data, update data in Superchat, and even send data into third-party tools via (authenticated) HTTP requests. So, creating a chat flow that gathers some data and then sends the data or messages into your backend is entirely possible.

This is awesome! Congratulations on the launch! How does Superchat handle non-english speakers? We get a lot of Russian and Spanish speakers in our support inbox and we have to use external translation tools to interact with them, does Superchat have in-app translation and language-sensitive chatbots?
