Scrimba is awesome and they literally breath life into the concept of active learning. The interactive/live video-IDE interface is so novel, I've never seen it anywhere before. My course, Frontend Developer, has been greatly paced so far and the exercises really let you get in there to play with the code.

In the early days of my frontend development journey, I faced a number of challenges. I tried several paid courses on platforms like Udemy, but many of them felt like “tutorial hell” — too passive, and lacking in real hands-on experience. That changed when I discovered Scrimba. Scrimba completely transformed how I approached learning frontend development. The platform’s combination of bite-sized explanations and interactive mini-projects helped me not just learn concepts but actually apply them. The built-in scrim feature allowing you to write and run code directly in the browser was a game changer for me. It made the learning process seamless and engaging. Thanks to Scrimba, I was able to build a solid foundation in frontend development with much more ease and confidence.
