I stumbled over Reflect a few weeks ago and fell in love. Obsidian is too complicated, Notion and Craft are too slow, and Agenda and others have sync issues. I hope the Reflect team keeps the app lean and fast.
Like Obsidian but without wasting half of your time in configuration-land. This is a great example of how opinionated software can be beneficial for productivity tools. The meeting integration is seamless for taking notes and is incredibly valuable as an engineering manager constantly trying to keep track of one on ones and team goals.

Really quick. Excellent for capturing your stream of thought, and have it all make sense and be nicely interconnected. The AI tools are great as a starting point and have the potential with just a little refinement to be really super useful.
It has become a crucial application within my digital workflow.
Simple note-taking with bi-directional links. I like it but don't love it.
