I love that I can customize so much in this product. It really makes voice strategy session painless and simple. The client selects a timeslot. When that time comes, you get a call, and nova calls client. Nothing could be simpler. Oh, other than giving your overseas family a booking widget to schedual family calls. :)
The overall service is awesome. Also Novocall has integration with many other services, help desk and more integrations
I really like the product, it helped us to increase our business and reduce client friction.
The thing i love is the trigger based alert system which we can configure. Only thing i wish for is mobile app which is there in roadmap so finger crossed for that.
Fast setup: I had a widget on my site within 10 minutes, flat. Great product overall. Still a very YOUNG product, so I expect the cons mentioned above to go away with time. We have had several leads convert on our site using Novocall. The flexible plans let you get only what you need, including a basic free plan that provides REAL, fully-functional VALUE. I look forward to growing with Novocall as they grow.
