We are a small team of 2 who built NotionApps - a no-code app builder specifically designed for Notion users.
We first launched NotionApps on Product Hunt late 2023. Back then, it was just an MVP. We ve since added a variety of features and all the essential building blocks that turn Notion into a reliable backend to build apps, special thanks to feedback we got from our early users.
We launched our second version today, and felt like this is a good time to engage with the Notion community here.
Back in 2018, I launched Notion Pages on Product Hunt, it was the #2 product of the week. Shortly after, I joined Notion to support the community. Our community has written books about Notion, created mascots, hosted hundreds of events, started full-time businesses around Notion, and much more. Many of the highest-ranking products on Product Hunt in the past two years have been Notion templates. Going back in time, Notion launched
I'm curious can Notion's database be used effectively as a CMS for websites?
For example, managing content for an e-commerce site or a news/blog platform.
Notion is our internal wiki at Product Hunt, although I still consider myself a semi-newb. There are a lot of features and shortcuts that I still need to learn from power-users to unlock it to its full potential.
Notion is seriously the coolest productivity tool I've ever used. It's like a mix of Trello, Google Docs, and Evernote all rolled into one. I use it to keep track of everything from my to-do list to meeting notes to personal journal entries. The customization options are endless – you can create tables, embed media, and choose from a ton of formatting options to make your pages look exactly how you want. Plus, it integrates with so many other tools, like Google Drive and Trello, which makes it super easy to keep all of my work in one place. I honestly don't know how I managed to get anything done before I started using Notion. It's seriously a game changer.

@frankco I've been using it daily as my meeting companion. As feedback, when switching between languages during the day, the feature does not respond properly, keeping the previous language.

Does it work well with external meeting links (like Google Meet) that aren't directly created via Notion calendar?

@hamza_afzal_butt Yes, AI Meeting Notes works with system audio so you can use with any video tool!
You can type /meet on any Notion page to start AI Meeting Notes. Or, you can add AI Meeting Notes to every event by connecting your calendar with Notion Calendar - that way you won't have to remember to set it up each time.
