Probably the most fun I've had in a retro. Except for the time we retro'd our sprint through interpretive dance.
Pros:
- Fast
- Our large-ish scrum team can collaborate without any lag or problems
- Feels like a video game
- Varied amount of templates, helps keep the team engaged week on week (which can be a big problem with retros!)
Cons:
- Board styles are largely based around retros and collaborative sessions, though there are a few product templates in there. It's a little more difficult to create artefacts like storyboards and customer journeys
- Not setup for long-form writing
